Purpose:
This Corporation is formed to provide and maintain a community recreation organization and to promote, maintain and develop recreational facilities, and to that end, manage, sponsor, promote recreation: own and sell real estate suitable to said purposes and to purchase, own and sell equipment incidental thereto, and to carry on all other incidental activities relative to such primary purposes on a non-profit basis without pecuniary benefit to any member of this corporation, and for the pleasure and enjoyment of the inhabitants of the general area of Chandlers Valley, Warren Co., Pennsylvania.
